Studio Prepa is a glass blowing studio run by Katsuhisa and Mizuho Hira. Each ware / piece is designed with their detail-oriented sensibility, and then made with solid glass blowing skills. Working in their own studio rather than in a generic factory allows them to refine the smallest of details that they envision for their glassware. Simplicity, functionality, and their commitment to bring out the natural temperament of the material are at the core of their work.

スタジオプレパは２人で営む吹きガラス工房です。私達の器づくりは、確かな技術と細やかな感覚で、デザインから製作まで、全ての行程を自らの手で行います。工房レベルで製作するということは、器、或はガラスとしておもい描いた、あらゆるディテールを仕上げるためです。そして、私達の器はどれも至ってシンプルで、物の形（機能）や素材感を素直に表した器ばかりです。
